Hotel review: Burj al Arab - Oasis in Exile

*******
Locating in Discovery Travel and Adventure channel the other day, and very interested to see all the details in that hotel (after reading it in Cosmo review also).
The desainer of the building is a chinese woman who strongly believe in the 4th basic elements of our lives: earth, wind, water, and fire. Those four elements are captured and presented in Burj al Arab. There is one fountain inside the hotel which can shoot water "missil" to the air until it reaches 200m height, yet it will not splash people who stand near to it at all. Also, at the entrance, guests will be welcome by a mix of water and fire fountain. If u put your hand in it, you will not get burnt. The secret of that is simply from the fire pump, which pump fire AND oxygen at once.

Then at night guests can see fire flaming from the torches that are placed along the entrance street. The building itself was built on a manmade island. It took 2,5 years just to make sure the foundation is strong enough to be build on and it will not coroted by sea water. All about Burj al Arab is extra ordinary. Guests don't need to check-in in front, and simply just use the elevators that are put in each suite. The price range for staying a nite is US$ 800- US$ 9000! Woow, can u imagine staying in a suite that cost you Toyota Avanza a nite??? (breakfast's not included).
Burj al Arab is also complete with its own Waterpark and sea animal collections (like Sea World). The animals are imported from all over the world, and you can dine in sorround the aquarium. Haha, eating seafood next to a shark :D While the Waterpark named "Wild Wadi" has a very high water slide that only takes 8 seconds to used. And every few hours, there will be an "earthquake" and "flood" shock completed with scary sound:) cool idea, huh?I was wondering how much does it cost to maintain such a luxurios hotel. It has hundred of employees, including profesional chef, designers, technicians, decorators, oceanologs, waiters, chauffers, acrobat performers, and a falcon trainer. Hehe, u might wondering about the last 2 job desks... Well, the acrobat people are needed to clean the double fiber glass that cover the building. All 6 cleaners are only allowed to work in early morning, and it took 2 weeks to finish clean up all parts of the building. last but not least, the falcon trainer is needed to train and feed falcons. Falcon is known as a strong predator bird that feared by weaker birds like pigeons. Pigeons are often like to build their nest in high places, and Burj al Arab would definetely capture their attention. By releasing a falcon every 6 hours, the hotel will always be save from nest threat. Those falcons are willing to do their "job" ever single day (eventhough they are not tied up) simply coz they are getting feed everyday. I am amazed with someone who can come up with this maintaining idea! W-O-W! ^o^'

Well, looking at all of the facilities, no wonder that royal families, presidents and celebrities often stay there (since 1999) just to have an experience. I just hope it can last long enough to become an icon like Pisa or Eiffel Tower, and will not sink like The Legendary Titanic :p
So, anyone wants to collect money to stay in Burj al Arab?
Here are some pics of the magnifiso hotel:
