DVC: What's To Crack?

-This is a duplication of my post at "Just My Imagination"-
Last week I attended both sessions of "Cracking The Da Vinci Code" by Dr. Jim Heugel. Really didn't regret of coming rushingly after work. I did come to IES6 times last week *phew* Quite exhausting and lavish, but it was all worth to conduct. Thanks God for giving me the opportunity to serve him more, and giving me the joy in my heart. Thx Dr. Jim who had been such a blessing as God's messenger. May God would bless his life abundantly...
Anyone have seen "The Da Vinci Code" (DVC)??? Yep, the controversial movie about a murder of curator in Louvre museum-Paris. Well, the movie had listed in BOX office(and still on theaters), almost as big as Starwars revenue... and they are planning to make another Dan Brown's novel (which is the prequel of DVC), "Angels and Demons". Hahaha, greaattto *swt*... When they could produce other qualified movies they chose to produce a movie like that. I haven't read it and am not planning to read it. Such a waste, you know, takes time to read something which in the end would only polute your mind and doesn't bring any goodness. Well, if you guys haven't read it... hmm, I suggest you... just read PDL instead;) >>> A kind of book that I think would bring good changes for your next steps in life... I mean it... HUGE impact...just read the first pages and you'll see what I mean... It is not about you... So true, we are living not for ourselves (coz we are a creation, right? have to accept that whether we like it or not)... Btw, Rick Warren is coming to Indonesia! (Yaay!) Just message me if you would like to know more.

Ok, well, let's continue... following Jesus is a choice. As simple as that. I am a person who believe in the one called savior, my savior, and he is Jesus. Jesus had become my salvation. By accepted him in my heart and took a decision to follow him completely... it meant I also acknowledged him as my God... Jesus= fully divine, fully human. Coz I believe, by the help of my lill' body organ what-so-called "brain", if anyone could save the sinful me completely... thoroughly... well, that "someone" must has been the same "species" like myself. No, he cannot be an angel. No, he cannot be a vampire or lycan. No, he cannot be a cute bunny. He should be a man. Born as a man, live as a man, feel as a man, and die as a man. But think... if someone wants to pay other debts... can he still in the state of possessing debts of himself? He cannot-lah... while you still have to pay for your own, you pay for others... ridiculous, right?... That someone has to be in the condition free of debts... He has to be holy. And you are not holy, since you came out of your mother's womb as a sinful creation... We all were. Someone who is holy has to incarnate. And Jesud did.

But, since he once lived as a man... does it makes his divinity as God dissapear? Whooo, enggak lah yaaoww... He is the Son of God =for crying out loud= and the Father, loved us so much that he had sacrificed his Son to be a human (note. not born as a worldly king, but as a carpenter's son. And I think none of the statements in the Bible had ever said that he was as handsome as James Dean or Sean Connery :D he was just an ordinary Jew). For me, seriously, it was the greatest love story ever...

I mean... just follow me here for a second... and think of it... It was the sweetest thing that anyone could have ever done for me... And having to accept that, I have been a believer since I was 14. No, it wasn't becoz my parents had become Christians. No, it wasn't becoz I had been tought that way in Sunday School (but sunday school was totally fun! If you missed it, well, too bad for you... :P). No, it wasn't becoz I needed to become a good person or be recognized as a good follower of a religion. For me, religion is just a name. Whatever you want to call it. I call it faith.

"Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci

Can Jesus, as a man, married Marie Magdalene? hmmm... you know what, I had ever thought about many silly-absurd-weird things since I was little. Hey, I am, after all, a writer (my first writing was published when I was 9). Writer thinks many weird stuff -lol-... So, one thing that ever occured in my mind was... if I were to lived during Jesus time, would I or could I have fallen in love (eros, not just philia) with him? Well, sure! And so could Marie Magdalene.
But then, what about Jesus? Could he took a decision to get married? I'm not saying that falling in love, get married and have sex with your husband/wife is sinful... It's absolutely not. But out of that context "it's not sinful to be married", I just asked to myself... could he ever return that feeling also in eros way? Think again...

God is love. His love is agape. And don't forget, when he looked at Marie Magdalene, or anyone else, it would be the same like he was looking at his creation. His love is the same for everyone else. And for the script that ever found stating, "He kisses her many times..." well, just learn more and you'll find out that the meaning of "kiss" there is not kissing like we eroticly thought. There was a skipped fact that in ancient scripts were often found worms (holes); whether it was caused by bugs, or anything... There were just worms/ holes, and scholars were assigned to filled in the worms with the best terms as they interpreted.

So, wanna know what I think? I think it is possible for Marie to fall in live with Jesus, but it is just doesn't make any sense that Jesus would fall in love (eros) with one of his creations. He was a man, but at the same time he was also God which I think didn't... well, didn't need that kind of "fulfillment" in his life... You know what I mean... When a man lives for his own, he would try to fulfill his life with many things. Even a man who is a pastor. Most men would find fulfillment in a marriage. But Jesus... hmmm, let's see... again, why did he come to earth? He came to save humans. And when someone is on a mission like that, would he ever think other than fulfilling his mission? I don't think so... More over, there were no facts -whatsoever- that can prove that he was married. So, what's the point?
I think..haha, if Marie Magdalene is still alive, she would protest it. And Leonardo Da Vinci would, too. Oh, and probably Constantine also (since DVC stated that he was baptised out of his will)... :D

Anyhow, just keep your faith. Have a better understanding of what you believe, and I am sure that you wouldn't be bothered by any of the HOAX that try to degrade Christianity. That attempts will not be over, but one thing for sure... ones who keep their faith would stand firm in grace.

Amen?
