Aku beli Oat gara2 liat iklan di tv yg katanya bisa mengurangi kolesterol. Baru makan 3 kali, abis itu dah ga pernah maem lagi, bosen sih. Punya resep oat yg bikin selera ga Shir ?
hmm... mungkin coba tanya dina yang makan oat rutin... I'm not too fond of Oatmeal either... tapi kalo pake susu trus ditambah kismis atau strawberry enak sih... lebih ga mblenger n seger aja :)
Resolusi no 6 bole diveto ga? =P Coz menurut diet golongan darah, Golongan darah O itu dietnya low carb high protein... juga harus menghindari susu dan produk turunannya... hue3x menyiksa sekali pasti....
