Overjoy?

It's like I almost forgot that I have this blog. I haven't written anything here since my arrival from holiday last week. Singapore and Kuala Lumpur trip were great; one city (of course) is always better than the other, but that I don't wanna explain it further. Just go to both cities and you'll know. I also promise that I would write review about hostels. Hostels rock, man! It is the ultimate getaway for single who don't want to be alone in a hotel. I know that "what you pay is what you get", but if you just spend a lill' more time to read reviews, you can have a great hostel to stay in. By that, I mean around the world. All you have to do is join a membership from hostel international chain with a fee less than $50. And, yes, good hostel usually filled with trendy young people. As a matter of fact, during my last stay in Singapore, I found many good-looking people in my hostel. Hehe, wanna know where I was staying? Stay tuned for the review ;)

Lately, I have been busy taking caring of my baby idea. Yes, an idea is like a baby that needs to be nurtured. Sometimes, no matter how bad you want it, it can't be fast. It needs process and experiences. Therefore, you have to be patient and caring. Correcting and loving. My idea was to have a book club. It was there in my head since few years ago, yet I never really thought that I would make it a reality. The fact was, there aren't enough book club for millions of people in Jakarta. That is how Jakarta Book Club was born. It wasn't long before the idea burst out and metamorphose on social networks. I hope everything goes well and I can get new friends as well. Our second meeting will be held on Sept 5th, and we'll be discussing "Tinkers" (Paul Harding).

For now, this idea is feeding me. I can feel alive again. Well, if you happen to live in Jakarta or nearby, please do join us.
