Last Friday I had finally heard my Final Project grade announcement. I've got an A. Really excited to hear that. I mean, I know I worked quite hard to achieved it. More over, I was working while studying my major. When I look back and think of it all again now, I am like thinking "fiuuhhh" What a ride! I am actually quite proud of what i have achieved so far. I mean, my GPA score is over 3.0 (I wish I could have a cumlaude title), and I still can maintain 2 of my part-time jobs. One as a teacher and one as a web editor (which I once applied to since I was still in 1st semester). Not being snob or something, but it is quite rare in my country. Here you can't find part-time jobs easily. In year 2000, it was impossible for a high school student or even fresh college student to get any job that is actually using brain. So, i could say that I was quite lucky to get 2 part-time jobs that I like. I was not looking for big salary at that time (at first I even had to sneaked out from my parents to go to work), coz I was only thinking about getting a working experience for my Curriculum Vitae. So far, I had been in 3 different part-time jobs and able to enjoy 2 of them. Now if I am applying to certain companies, I can say that I'm quite confident of my working experience (compared to other Fresh Graduates). Thanks God and my family for that.
I like working. Working is allowing me to functions my brain and creativities. Working is not all about the money and how much you earn, but it is also about how much u GAIN, experience, practice, and GIVE. Giving is as good as receiving. Giving could be in many ways; giving your expertises, your ideas, your talents, your time, etc. By giving, we can gain so much more... Hmm, so, yes, I can't really stand of the idea that a woman should stay at home and be a true housewife. I think being a woman is also being an equal companion of man. Equal means not lower, and definetely not higher. God has created man and woman to complete each other, and for that man and woman are distinguish designed.
Anyway, i think that's about it. My left thumb is still kinda stiff rite now, since I was playing Tekken 4 with my brother yesterday. Now that we had a PS 2, I think my spare times will not be that boring:) Hehehe...
